When procrastination becomes a habit, it can make our lives terrible. However, everyone can avoid it by taking a few simple steps today!

Make daily "to do" lists. Before your day ends, make a plan for tomorrow. List upcoming tasks in order of importance. You'll begin each new day with a head start, already knowing what needs to be done. As you complete each task, check it off. (1)
