Pay more attention to your diet. Have more fruits, vegetables, fish, eggs and milk. It's good for your eyes. Besides, we should take some Vitamins A and B

Have a regular sleep. It relaxes the eye muscles (肌肉) and gives them the rest required. Usually, you must sleep for at least seven to eight hours every day, or you will get dark circles under the eyes.
Exercise eyes every day. Blink (眨眼) your eyes regularly, which makes the eyeballs watery, and gives them a good wash.
