"We all know how fast life can be, so it's never too late to create happy memories that we will cherish and share forever."
Apart from making us feel happy, outdoor activities also benefit our health. Science agrees that outdoor activities can reduce stress too. "Fresh air and sunlight have the largest benefits," Susanne Preston, a mental health advisor at South University, US, wrote. When we are exposed to natural sunlight, the vitamin D in their skin helps to make us feel relaxed.
What could be a better way to enjoy the beauty of the great outdoors? You can go for a walk or run. This is one of the simplest ways to get outside and enjoy nature. Go for a walk or a run in your neighborhood or on a nearby nature trail. Make sure you take in the nature you pass — trees, plants, and animals. If walking or running isn't quite your style, go for a bike ride instead. There are also a lot of places where you can hike. You' ll be out in nature, with your family members or friends.
